HARTFORD, CT – The Connecticut Convention Center recently named Lisa Cicitto as its new Corporate Sales Manager.  In her new role, Lisa will be responsible for booking multi-day corporate and state association meetings on an established base of accounts, along with managing and converting high potential prospects. The facility is owned by the state of Connecticut, and is managed by Waterford Venue Services, with headquarters located in Waterford, CT.

Lisa comes to the Convention Center from the Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley International Airport, also a Waterford property.  Since 2010, she served as a Catering Sales Manager and proved very successful in her role, earning a Waterford President’s Award in 2011.  Prior to her time with Waterford, Lisa was with the Doubletree Hotel in Windsor Locks, CT before departing in 2010 as a Sales Manager, specializing in the corporate and consumer markets.

Lisa has also been involved in the community serving as an Executive Board Member of the Windsor Locks Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of SKAL Connecticut.
