HARTFORD, CT (April 24, 2012) — Olivia Mazzarella was promoted to the position of Communications Manager at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford, which is managed by Waterford Venue Services. Olivia will report directly to Michael Costelli, General Manager.
In her new role, Olivia will primarily be responsible for significantly increasing CT Convention Center awareness within the region through a professional and comprehensive communications and public relations plan. She will also act as the communications liaison to the community, while planning, executing and coordinating all events designed to maintain and enhance awareness of each venue.
Olivia joined CT Convention Center in June 2010 as a Sales Coordinator. In August 2011, after much accomplishment, she was promoted to the position of Exhibitor Services Manager.
