The CFA Society Hartford (a non-profit association of finance professionals) will hold its Annual Forecast Dinner on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at the Connecticut Convention Center, 100 Columbus Boulevard, Hartford CT. The CFA ® (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is a globally-recognized graduate-level investment credential. The CFA Society Hartford members and sponsors bring various investment-related programs to financial professionals and university students in the Hartford/New Haven CT and Springfield MA area. The Society also is involved in community service activities and fundraisers.
The dinner is the flagship event for the organization and is renowned as the premier networking event of the year among the local finance and investment community. The event attracts over 400 of the area’s leading investment professionals and key business decision-makers. This year’s keynote speaker is Robert C. Doll, CFA who is Chief Equity Strategist and Senior Portfolio Manager for Nuveen Asset Management. He is a highly respected authority on the equities markets among investors, advisors and the media. Mr. Doll appears regularly on CNBC, Bloomberg TV and Fox Business News discussing the economy and markets.
