The Tow Youth Justice Institute proudly hosts its annual conference, bringing together 300 + community members, professionals, and youth to explore innovative approaches to youth justice reform. This year’s theme challenge labels, examines systemic barriers, and explores innovative solutions for meaningful change. The full-day, in person conference will include keynote speaker, Lawrence Bartley, publisher of the The Marshall Project Inside, as well as multiple large sessions and breakout discussions focused on issues impacting Connecticut’s youth-serving systems. In addition to panel and breakout sessions, the program includes a live performance by Hip-Hop for the Homeless, which raises awareness around housing and food insecurity in youth communities.
