HARTFORD, CT (December 21, 2012) – Employees of the Connecticut Convention Center were certainly in the Holiday spirit, as they donated more than 120 toys to local children in need on Thursday afternoon.  The toys were delivered to 96.5 FM’s “We Are the Children” toy drive held at the Toy Chest in West Hartford, CT.

“We hold a toy drive each Holiday season,” explains Michael Costelli, General Manager of the Convention Center.  “Our associates were very generous this year, donating 121 toys.  The car we drove to deliver them was packed to the brim!”
