Capital Community College’s commencement speaker will be Hector M. Rivera, Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Our Piece of the Pie, Inc., a nonprofit organization that works with area youth to earn degrees and certificates leading to economic self-sufficiency and a better quality of life.
