DESCRIPTION:OnStage Local is a day and a half regional style convention that happens once a year in eight different countries\, all on the same day. The purpose of this event is to kick off a new crafting catalog with our external sales force (demonstrators) in the Northeast United States region. By hosting these events on the same day\, we can guarantee that our demonstrators see the new product at the same time\, which fosters a feeling of global unity and excitement. In addition to seeing new product\, our demonstrators enjoy a Leadership Dinner on Friday night (top achievers only)\, card crafting\, and receive lots of fun give-aways.
