I would like to remind our community that although we are not considered a metropolis like Boston, New York or Philadelphia, we can sure host a phenomenal convention.

As chairwoman of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.’s 76th North Atlantic Regional Conference, I only agreed to chair our recent five-day conference if it was held in Hartford.
